Troubleshooting Your Earbuds

Sometimes problems with your headphones occur. If you find that you’re having problems with your earbuds or their case, try the following steps below. 

Sound is dropping out or there is no sound

Troubleshooting tips to solve the issue:

  1. Disconnect and reconnect your device. Remember that the earbuds can be paired individually, this step ensures they are both being paired at the same time.
  2. Charge your case. Sounds simple but the battery may have been depleted. Please ensure the cables are correctly inserted into the ports of the product so that it can charge efficiently.
  3. Ensure that you have a solid Bluetooth connection and that you are in range.
  4. Make sure the sound source is playing.

The case won’t charge

For charging issues, try the following troubleshooting tips:

  1. Check that there is no dirt or debris in the socket of your device. This may prevent a clear connection and cause sound issues.
  2. Try a different wall charger and cable to charge the charging case for at least 2 hours no matter if the indicator is on or off (it’s best to use a 5V charger)
  3. Make sure the wall charger and cable you’re using work fine on other devices.

If that doesn’t work, our headphones also come with our 6 month fault guarantee. That is, if your product breaks down within this time period, you can get a replacement sent to you on us up to a maximum of 3 replacement products. This covers manufacturing defects and does not cover self-damage or loss of earbuds.
