Return policy

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in its original condition. 

Other considerations

  • Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. 
  • Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
  • If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, we may not issue a refund or send a replacement.

Process

  • Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days.
  • A credit will be issued to your original method of payment for the full purchase price of your order excluding shipping and handling and any separate fees.

What if my item is faulty?

If you have received your product and it appears to be faulty, fear not – check our troubleshooting page for some possible solutions.

If that doesn’t work, our headphones also come with our 6 month fault guarantee. That is, if your product breaks down within this time period, you can get a replacement sent to you on us up to a maximum of 3 replacement products. This covers manufacturing defects and does not cover self-damage or loss of earbuds.

Missing and wrong items

If you’ve received your order and noticed that you have a missing or the wrong item, you can easily request a replacement or a refund at no further cost to you.

Simply follow our returns process below. Under reason for return, please note if your product is faulty, missing, the wrong item was received or other. You’ll also get to note whether you’d prefer a refund or a replacement.

Following this, we’ll send you an email letting you know that we’re processing your request.

To return email us at support@chefbass.com with the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Order number
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange
  • Your reason for returning
  • Photo of faulty or wrong item (if applicable)
  • Any additional details

Exchanges

In order to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back to Chefbass and re-order.

Cancelling an order

Orders are processed within 24 hours; once this process begins an order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want a product that is in transit, you should wait for its arrival and request a refund.

Returns should be sent to our distribution centre. Simply email us letting us know you want to return your item in the format above and we will send you a returns address.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return costs will be at your own expense.
